The “My Bookings” section of your account holds hotel reservations that are booked directly via the Hipmunk website. We call these bookings “Book on Hipmunk” because you don’t have to leave the Hipmunk site to book.
Booking directly on our site allows you to save your reservation confirmation in your Hipmunk account. You can also save your credit card info for easy & fast hotel bookings.
To find your bookings in your account, visit the Hipmunk website and sign into your account. Once logged in, click your user name in the top right corner of the page and select "My Bookings" from the menu.
This directs you to your account management pages. In the “Bookings” section, you’ll find your past, current, and cancelled hotel reservations booked directly on our site. Click the “View Itinerary” link to see the original reservation confirmation. Your reservation confirmation will include the hotel information, reservation terms, booking provider name & their customer service phone number.
If you booked a hotel and you don’t find your reservation in “My Bookings”, then you were likely redirected to a hotel booking provider site to book directly. You can double check who you booked with by looking at your credit card transactions to see who charged you for the room.
Flights also do not appear in “My Bookings” because they are never booked on the Hipmunk site. They can only be booked on the sellers site directly.
