This means all cancellations or changes to your reservation will be managed by the partner as well. Please check your confirmation page or confirmation email to find out where your reservation was booked. If you’re unsure, check your credit card transactions to see which partner charged your card, and contact them directly for reservation assistance.
If you used the “Book on Hipmunk” hotel option and input your credit card directly on the Hipmunk site, then you’ll be able to find your reservation in the “My Bookings” section of your Hipmunk account.
