Depending on the type of reservation, your receipt and/or itinerary may be sent directly to Concur Expense. Look for results with the Concur logo or options that say “Sends Receipt to Concur”. This indicates that the booking option will send your receipt and/or itinerary to Concur Expense.
Pre-paid reservations at hotels with these indicators send the receipt instantly to Concur Expense. Reservations at these hotels that are reserved, but not pre-paid, will only send the itinerary. Once you pay at the hotel, you'll have to forward your receipt to email@example.com and it will be added to Concur Expense for you.
